High low carbon carburizing steel, manganese high because the strength. Plastic. Machinability and hardenability 

are slightly higher than the 15 steel, carburizing and quenching soft spot should be formed on the surface of small, 

carburizing. Carbonitriding, are wear resistant and core toughness good comprehensive performance. Hot rolling and 

normalizing good toughness. Suitable for gear, crank shaft, bracket, hinge, screw, nut, riveting and welding pieces of 

the structure, manufacturing tank etc.. Cold regions of farm implements, such as milk tank etc..
